1. The new pants I bought are too loose. I tried them on in the cubicle, but when I actually wore them out one day I discovered they tend to drift downwards a little. Not falling off loose, but enough to feel weird.

2. Related to #1: not feeling like sausage stuffed into a casing that’s too small.

3. Feeling hopeful that one day I’ll actually be able to acheive my goal

4. I did interval training last week for over an hour- YAY!!

5. I’ve eaten waayyy too much fast food lately.

6. No matter how much I try, I’m still addicted to starches. Potaotes, bread, pasta- bring it on!

7. Favorite b’fast is a Granny Smith apple with crunchy peanut butter spread on it.

8. My favorite message board, especially when I need a pick me up or inspiration, is 3 Fat Chicks

9. Maybe I’ll lose enough weight to hit 10% weight lost from my starting weight by my next dr’s appt (which is late Nov.) I’ve perhaps 7-8 pounds to go.

10. Hubby has lost about 20 pounds or so since the spring! Keep up the good work!

11. He wants me to work up to running 13 miles *in a row on the same day!!* so we can do a half marathon next October

12. Last Sunday I saw an acquaintance at church who has lost 140+ pounds on her own & has maintained for over two years. She looks AB FAB! Very statuesque. Very inspirational.
